1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the eca444 platform at https://eca444.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and eca444 (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eca444 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the eca444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. eca444 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from eca444 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of eca444 or any of its technology or gaming content partners.

If eca444 discovers at any point that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies. eca444 will report such instances to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use eca444's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly. eca444 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) eca444 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In the event of duplicate accounts being detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits received across the duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Genuine winnings generated using voided bonus funds will also be voided.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. eca444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Ownership

Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an eca444 account to any other person is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eca444 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)

All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account flagged for review.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits, which apply independently of eca444's policies. Players may also set self-imposed deposit limits from their account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements having been completed. eca444 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eca444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. eca444 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors. No currency conversion is applied on the eca444 platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, eca444 offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the total bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute based on odds thresholds as specified in the individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless explicitly stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. eca444 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of automated systems to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

eca444 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers; placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk artificially; using bonus funds in a pattern designed to exploit promotional mechanics rather than for genuine play. Where abuse is detected, eca444 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on eca444 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. eca444 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics, rules, or payout structures.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game session, eca444's records of the game state at the time of the error will be used to determine the outcome. Where a game result cannot be determined with certainty due to a technical fault, all wagers placed in the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. eca444 is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from technical failures.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

eca444 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted, where a pricing error is evident, or where the bet was placed by an automated system or bot rather than a human player acting in good faith. In sports betting, eca444 reserves the right to suspend markets and void bets in circumstances of irregular betting patterns or where an event is abandoned or significantly altered.

6.4 Responsible Use of Gaming Features

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings — including deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion — to manage their gaming activity. eca444 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eca444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about live casino hands or coordinating sports bets to exploit market inefficiencies.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any bugs discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity. eca444 is required by applicable laws to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technology specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the eca444 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eca444 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by eca444

eca444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player, to eca444, or to other players on the platform.

During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. eca444 will contact the player at the registered email address with details of the reason for suspension and any steps required to reinstate the account, where reinstatement is possible.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their eca444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, provided KYC requirements have been met. Players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to request a self-exclusion through the dedicated responsible gaming tools instead, which may offer more immediate protection.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any bonus balance, promotional credits, free bet allocations, or wagering progress not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be voided. The cash balance in the account at the time of closure, subject to verification, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time. eca444 retains the right to withhold any balance pending investigation where the account is closed as a result of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the eca444 platform should first be directed to our support team at [email protected]. eca444 operates a formal internal complaints process and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. eca444's decision on all gaming outcome disputes is final and binding once the internal review process has been completed.

If you are a player in Bangladesh and you feel that a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through our internal process, you may seek independent advice from a consumer protection body or legal professional operating under Bangladeshi law. eca444 does not waive any rights or defences available to it under applicable law by agreeing to engage in the internal dispute resolution process.
